THE COST : |
Quotatis generates in excess of 1000 quality leads each day through internet optimization, targeted affiliate programs and partnerships.
Lead prices are designed to be affordable and vary depending on the trade or service provided and B2B or B2C status. There is also a one-off registration fee of £49.95 payable at time of registration. This includes the set up of a ready-to-use personalised website where you will be able to access leads provided from the FREE SMS message alerts sent to your mobile phone immediately a lead has come in for you. Funds are collected monthly by direct debit, or credit or debit card if preferred.

AGREEMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS : |
This agreement is made on the date set out below between the Subscriber (specified in part 1 of the Application) and Quotatis Limited hereafter referred to as "Quotatis".
1. The signatory of the Subscriber below confirms they have the authority to enter into this Agreement and the details provided within the Application are accurate and that all relevant information has been disclosed. The Subscriber shall inform Quotatis in writing of any changes to the Application information within 28 days of the change occurring. The Subscriber may change its Selection Criteria described in parts 2, 3 and 4 of the Application without charge. Should this application be refused Quotatis is under no obligation to give the reason for the refusal.

2. Definitions of terms contained in this Agreement:
User - The person or company who uses the Site's web pages and who may then make an Enquiry using the Form.
Site - www.quotatis.co.uk
Form - Online form allowing the User to register an Enquiry by submitting his / her criteria.
Enquiry or Job Lead - The criteria data submitted on the Form is matched to the Subscribers Selection Criteria.
Invalid Enquiry - Where a User has submitted false or misleading data via the Form.
Subscriber - You, the purchaser of a Job Lead.
3. The Subscriber requires that Quotatis supply Job Leads for the nature of business specified in part 2 of this agreement and in the geographical areas specified in part 3 of this agreement and not exceeding the quantities specified in part 4 of this agreement.
4. Quotatis undertakes to ensure that the selection of Subscribers is made independently and impartially according to the suitability of the products and services offered by the Subscribers and the requests made by the User.
5. Whilst every effort is made to assess the User and their request via the Site the Subscriber agrees not to hold Quotatis responsible for false information and/or Enquiries passed on to the Subscriber nor for any consequential damages that result, whether direct or indirect.
6. Quotatis' sole obligation is to put the User in contact with the Subscriber. Quotatis will not intervene in any subsequent negotiations between the User and the Subscriber and will under no circumstances be held responsible for any disagreement that may occur between them during the negotiations and/or the provision of products or services.
7. Quotatis agrees to only send the same Job Lead to a maximum of five Subscribers.
8. Quotatis declines all civil and/or penal responsibility concerning direct and indirect consequences of the contact between the User and the Subscriber. Quotatis may not be held responsible in matters concerning the relevance and quality of Job Leads it passes on to the Subscriber.
9. The Subscriber may suspend Job Leads at any time and without charge. The request to suspend Job Leads must be made in accordance with clause 23 of this Agreement.
10. Quotatis may from time to time provide you with EXTRA BUSINESS OPORTUNITIES. These are sent to you by email and will come through with an ACCEPT BUTTON. These are the only type of lead that you may SELF SELECT. ALL other leads are payable as they will fit your chosen criteria. You will only be charged when the ACCEPT BUTTON is selected. These will automatically be added to your account. These leads are sent for a number of reasons: they may be slightly out of your area; you may have used your quota for the week; or your account may be 'suspended'. These are sent to help you decide if you would like to take on some extra work and entirely optional. Each lead will state clearly why we have sent it. Example: You are taking loft conversions within a 20 mile radius of KT 11 Postcode and we receive an enquiry 25 miles from KT11. We will send you through the job description and the postcode by email. You will then have the opportunity to accept the lead. If you wish to quote you will hit the accept button then by return you will receive the full consumer details and the enquiry will be charged to your account. If you do not wish to receive ANY of these type of leads please tick the OPT OUT box at the bottom of the email offering you the Extra Business Opportunity or alternatively let our customer services team know by calling 0870 922 0321. This service is in place to help you avoid missing out on other potential contracts, and used effectively will be a valuable addition to your QUOTATIS registration.
11. Quotatis reserves the right to change the structure and content of the Site at any moment.
12. Each Form is linked to a price at which the Job Lead is invoiced to the Subscriber. The price reflects the status of the user i.e. private individual or commercial and the category of trade or service. The prices are shown against the appropriate selections in the Category List attached to this Agreement. Quotatis may revise the price after having notified the Subscriber 28 days before the price changes come into force.
13. Changes to your account: If you require any changes making to your chosen criteria please inform us by email to changes@quotatis.co.uk You must allow a period of 48 working hours before the change will be active. Any leads received in this period will not be credited if they fit your previous criteria. Once the changes have been made to your account you will receive an email to advise you. If you do not have confirmation of this within the 48 working hours please contact customer services on 0870 922 0321.
14. A monthly invoice detailing all Job Leads from each Form is sent by email (or post if requested in part 4 of the Application) on the last working day of each month. The total amount including tax is automatically debited from the Subscribers bank account on the 15th of the month following the invoice period or taken by credit or debit card from time to time if that method of payment is requested by the Subscriber. Job Leads are offered on a MONTHLY basis and quoted weekly for convenience. The number of Job Leads invoiced is on a MONTHLY basis and will not exceed the maximum number of requests that the Subscriber has agreed to receive for that month based on the Subscribers weekly requirements. The Quota of leads sent in any 7 day period is allowed to exceed the requested weekly quota as long as the monthly figure is not exceeded. For the purposes of calculations a Month’s Quota is 4.33 times the weekly quota rounded up to the next whole number. Duplicate Job Leads will be invoiced once. Invalid Job Leads will be invoiced in the month following receipt and credited that or the following month.
15. A fee of £4.95 + vat is added to all invoices that are not paid by direct debit or credit / debit card. Should any payment to Quotatis using any method fail for any reason then Quotatis shall charge the Subscriber an administrative fee of £20 + vat.
16. Job Lead Crediting Procedure: We will accept these reasons for a Job Lead to be rejected as long as we are informed within 48 working hours of You receiving the Job Lead.
- Hoax lead
- Lead provided by another source 1st (proof must be provided)
- Incorrect contact information (i.e. incorrect phone number)
- Duplication
- Incorrect profession
All queried leads will be verified. To reject a lead you must forward the lead with the reason to reject@quotatis.co.uk. You must also allow us 48 working hours to verify your reason for rejection and to credit the account if appropriate. If it is decided that a credit will not be raised you will be informed by email.
17. In the event you have any dispute with regards to a Job Lead, you must contact Quotatis on 0870 9220 321 or email reject@quotatis.co.uk within 48 hours of the Job Lead being issued. Failure to do will result in this lead being chargeable at the full relevant rate.
18. The Subscriber undertakes to provide the User with the best possible service and to complete all work arranged. Quotatis cannot be held in any way responsible should the Subscriber fail to fulfill any of its obligations to a User. The Subscriber agrees to the following:
(i) Having up-to-date Public and Employers Liability insurance as appropriate.
(ii) Respond within 3 working days to Job Leads received via Quotatis even where a negative reply is required.
(iii) Provide a written quotation before work is undertaken.
(iv) Where extra work is required, this excess will be confirmed by the Subscriber to the User in writing.
(v) Provide an invoice that conforms to the written quotation and any subsequent agreed excess.
(vi) Undertake the work on the dates and within the time-scales arranged.
(vii) Respect the current standards of work and employ competent staff.
(viii) Leave the work-site in a clean and tidy state (if applicable).
19. YOUR FREE WEBSITE: From the commencement of this agreement until its termination by either party, Quotatis provides you entirely FREE (for the entire duration of your Quotatis membership), a website (view demo site: www.quotatis.ukcom.org) which provides you with a professional website presence to enhance your business. Your website comes fully built (using the data on this application form) ready for you to use or make whatever amendments you require to further personalise your site. Your website also acts as an extranet to which you can gain access with the valid username and password we provide you with. When a job lead becomes available, you are immediately sent a text message to your mobile phone advising you that a lead has arrived for you. To access the lead, you go to your website, click the Quotatis Logo, enter your Password and retrieve the Lead. You are also able to view all your previous job leads; view your daily lead activity and running account balance; and view and print your monthly invoices, credit notes and account status in real time. In the event that you already have a website, your job lead emails will ALSO go to the email address that appears in this agreement. You are able to link your existing website to that which Quotatis provides you with to make use of the extranet facilities. You may elect to have solely the extranet facility of your website which has no general public interface. In using the website you hereby agree to its terms and conditions of use found in your website's "my office/my admin centre/view and print website terms and conditions". Your website setup fee of £495+vat is waived. Your monthly website rental of £19.95+vat is waived. The £9.95+vat per month website hosting charge is FREE for the first 3 months, thereafter at the concessionary rate of just £4.95+vat per month, invoiced to you monthly in advance, with your leads, for the duration of your being a Quotatis Contractor. No part month hosting refunds on cancellation.
20. The Subscriber may use the Quotatis logo to assist in its promotion. In the event that the Subscription is terminated, the Subscriber agrees to cease using and to remove the Quotatis logo from its promotions immediately.
21. The Subscriber hereby gives its consent to Quotatis to carry out any relevant searches on any or all individuals or trading styles of your business at any home or business address associated with the company, with any credit reference agency that we deem appropriate. Such credit agencies may keep a record of that search and may share that information with other parties.
22. Both parties shall have the right to terminate this agreement at any time by giving notice in writing to the other party.
23. Notices contained in clauses 1, and 12 of this Agreement shall only be deemed valid if sent by recorded delivery post. Notices contained in clause 9 will be deemed valid by telephone to Head Office and confirmed by a Quotatis Operative. Notices to Quotatis should be sent to Quotatis Limited, Braintree House, Braintree Road, Ruislip HA4 0EJ.
24. If this Agreement is terminated under clause 12 above, any Job Leads not invoiced by the date of cancellation will give rise to a final invoice.
25. If any provision in this Agreement should be held to be invalid such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue to have full force and effect.
26. This Agreement shall be governed by the Laws of England.
27. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the Subscriber and Quotatis and no representation, statement, warranty or condition not expressly contained in this Agreement or incorporated herein by reference shall be binding upon Quotatis as a warranty or otherwise.
