You should pull up and remove weeds by hand as and when they appear. If it is a regular problem, you might need to reseal the paving. In extreme cases, the sub layer itself may need to be re-laid. You can use weed killer, however some paving can be discoloured by stronger weed killers.
Trimdon Station
Trimdon (population 2,958) is a town in Region Durham, in England (earlier Tremeldon (1196) or Tremedon (1262 )). It is 9 miles west of Hartlepool, and adjacent to Trimdon Colliery, Trimdon Grange as well as Deaf Hill (also referred to as Trimdon Station). Locally, to distinguish it from these it is called Trimdon Village or just "The Village". The main focal point of "The Town" is Saint Mary Magdalene church, which was created during the Norman period (around 1145AD). Trimdon Labour Club (now closed) was the setting for a few of the previous prime minister and also constituency MP, Tony Blair's constituency speeches. Blair's neighborhood house was in close-by Trimdon Colliery.
