Llanymynech

Llanymynech is a village straddling the boundary between Montgomeryshire/Powys, Wales, and Shropshire, England, about 9 miles (14 kilometres) north of the Welsh community of Welshpool. The name is Welsh for "Church of the Monks". The town gets on the financial institutions of the river Vyrnwy, as well as the Montgomery Canal passes through it.
