About Constructionline
Constructionline is a UK procurement and supply chain management service. It collects, assesses and monitors standard company information through a question set aligned to PAS 91. This is a standardised pre-qualification questionnaire developed by BSI to reduce duplication in the construction industry.

Constructionline aims to provide savings to public and private sector buyers by streamlining procurement procedures. It also aims to improve the supply chain management processes by reducing risk, creating cost efficiencies and helping buyers engage with new suppliers.

Constructionline helps suppliers to the construction industry by stopping the need to duplicate their standard company information for every construction tender. Over 8,000 procurement professionals already use the Constructionline database to source contractors and consultants, so companies can market and grow their businesses using the database.

Customers can become registered buyers with Constructionline. This allows them access to over 24,000 assessed contractors, consultants and suppliers from over 1000 different trades. Buyers will no longer need to assess suppliers themselves and maintain up to date records, because Constructionline takes care of the administration. They can access all the standard supplier information, including company details and health and safety, so buyers can make an informed decision about who to choose. Buyers also benefit from a dedicated Customer Relationship Manager who will provide support when they need it.

Constructionline prides itself on the fact that it is not like a self-certification body. It monitors its suppliers’ details every day so they are always up to date. It claims that Constructionline services can save buyers over £10,000 a year in administration costs and two to three days a week in administration time.
