I really liked it how they gave me a honest quote, without that nonsense of allowing for discount. The whole process went on very smoothly and I am please with my new French doors. I also really liked it how I was told that I didn't need to change my windows and they could be easily repaired, which I did. Overall, very pleased!

.listened to my requirements.explained their goods.Thrn calculated the costs.Reasonable.I was not going to be rushed into a decision,but accepted a quote. I was left just 7 days to makeup my mind.
Found out on second phone call there was a minimum price limit, only problem was I only want one window fitted so I was not paying enough, or at least not supplying the company with enough work.
Refused to quote because of an adjoining pitch roof to be connected to and a down pipe to be boxed in. They were very pleasant and useless

The Britlite consultant was a very pleasant man who was not pushy and returned with a photo of how the conservatory would look in our garden. Unfortunately his price was not as good.

Very quick to offer a survey. Which I haven't had yet. I'm expecting it to be quite expensive as we have just had our windows done by britelite and the are very expensive.

Good not pushy
Ok, but although I told the receptionist what I wanted, she did not give me the correct information. Book me an appointment, and then I had a phone call and was told on a further conversation, that they also did not do repairs.
Not impressed by their representative. Very sales oriented and not very knowledgeable about their products. Their quote was 60% higher than the winning quote, for a comparable product.
