Dan was very accommodating, and I was happy to accept his quote, when I inspected the tree stump, I contacted Dan and told him I was not completely satisfied with the large stump left in the ground, Dan offered to call back again and finish the job we had agreed to, I inspected the site yesterday but the complaint has not been rectified to date, I am still awaiting his response
