Too expensive
Well presented with no pressure to buy. Full explanation of everything which was proposed. Actual installation was compromised by faulty inverter and scaffolder whose transport broke down. Office staff could have been a little more understanding but thankfully the MD. took control and response was both immediate and effective. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

The representative from the company name Callum from EEC Solar was extremely professional and honest in his approach throughout the visit. The way he explained the whole process was easy to understand which helped me to determine my decision. I understand that I did not proceed with the quote but it was mainly due to financial reason. Overall, I was very much impressed with the professionalism displayed by the representative from EEC.

I didn’t contact the company so I’m just rating them from information I found online and the reason I didn’t get in touch with them is the fact that they were the only name that you supplied me with so I couldn’t rate them against other companies which are in the same line of services.

The company doesn't give full details of types of systems, pros and cons, etc... It seems to show what is better for the system they sell. Now I know what is better for me, but just after many quotations and learning with all advisers.

Kept in touch all the way through the process, arrived promptly and fully explained what he could give me, answered question that I had and confirmed the price within a day. Also left brochures of the products quoted and web addresses to look at customer feedback.

Home visit was arranged quickly but was changed to due to staff holidays. Then the incorrect time slot was booked according to the email. Sales person was not very inspiring, made an error with the roof angle and did not fill me with confidence. Home visit took too long.
