John was very quick to respond and come out to check out requirements. He was able to advise us of potential problems and rectifications with no obligation to undertake any of them . He provided a quick turnaround on the work, (capping our existing soffits and fitting eps) adhering to his promised timing. He was quick, efficient and tidy and original quote adhered to. From start to finish John was open and honest about what could and couldn't be done. He went through all budget options and did not take the hard sell with any of them. The work was carried out swiftly and do an amazing standard. He worked alongside his son, they were polite and grafted for 2 days, the area was left clean and all debris removed. Highly recommend.
