Prompt attention and we’re able to offer appointment to suit
We were very happy with the promptness of the response to our initial query - and the service on the day. Unfortunately, we had to remind the company several times to e-mail us an invoice for the money we had paid.
Slightly more expensive but able to carry out collection next day which they did. Did not provide receipt for cash payment and no paper work provided after promising to do so during initial phone contact. Took my email address and nothing heard since!!!!
Asbestos garage roof dismantled and taken away within hours at a good price. Difficult stuff to get rid of, saved me a lot of time effort and money. Thanks
Very fair; comprehensive quote. Much more expensive than I thought; but they did point out, I could leave it undisturbed and it would probably be OK. In the circumstances, when I added the cost of a replacement roof, I deemed it to be uneconomic to change what is a strong, secure roof.

Polite quick response to my request. Polite friendly service...bit surprised the lad moving the asbestos did nt have protective clothing on but in fairness wore a mask and gloves and he did nt need to break any asbestos up. I have nt received a certificate to confirm asbestos was properly disposed of as yet, though the lad working said it can take up to 4 weeks...have not received a receipt of payment either yet but presume this will come with the rest of the paper work. Generally a good and helpful service.
