Excellent service. Arrived early and completed job. Explained what he was doing as he went along. Showed photographs. Completed with satisfaction.
Stopped leak and came out on day after Boxing Day to look at another leak. Excellent service and no cost yet travelled 20 miles in snow.

The company were quick to contact me and made an appointment to view the following day. They quoted what I thought was a fair price to repair chimney stacks and a leaking gutter. They completed the job on time and were tidy and courteous. After a couple of days it rained and I found the gutter still leaked. Rang the company they promised to have a look but didn’t show up . Rang again and same thing happened. They have finally been to sort out the problem so I happy to tell you the gutter is now fixed. They did apologise for the delay saying they had been ill. It would of been nice if they had informed me but overall I am pleased to say the company have done a good job.

They provided a quick re2and confirmed they will visit the property to review the work required on my garage. They did not turn up and I wasted my morning. They must be busy and forgot the job of mine or thought it was too small.

They gave me fair quote of £5500 for stripping roof, felting and re slating using the reusable grey slate and replacing broken slate with new, which was a good price.
