I received a visit from Tom who arrived at the agreed time. He listened attentively to the work I wanted done and he worked out the cost of the job. Unfortunately because it was a lot more than I had budgeted for, I informed Tom that I was unable to go ahead.

I was very impressed with the speed in which the home consultation. Tom was extremely patient and professional. I will be comparing their quote with three other companies and their guarantees etc. I will update you when I make a decision and will explain why I made the decision as to which company would replace the roof.

Prestige provided a quote following 2 site visits, we signed a contract and then they refused to honour the contract on the basis that the condition of the roof was not as represented to them. This was purely an excuse as they had viewed the property twice and seen the existing condition of the roof and the work required. They also showed limited understanding of heritage properties despite claims to the contrary during the quotation process. Overall, I felt my time had been wasted and I had been misled by the Prestige team

This company quote extremely high hoping someone who doesn't know better will use them without question. They offered to come back to me with another price that would 'blow my socks off' . I've told them to forget it. Immoral practice in my opinion. I wouldn't recommend them.

Absolutely brilliant ,the lads were friendly and very hard working ,the roof looks fantastic, My neighbours over the road watched them working and complimented on how good it looks and I picked the right company to do it, thanks to all at prestige.

Dreadful. The sales representative tried to hard sell and get me to say “yes” before I’d been given a quote. When I refused the pressure became so hard in the end I had to be very forceful and tell him to leave my home. He gave me a quote 3 times the highest I had already had - for a product I didn’t want - and implied that a huge discount was available if I said yes there and then. I got him to leave on the pretence I had a dental appointment - I left the house and he was in his car outside. I ended up at a friend’s feeling decidedly shaken. Preying on a vulnerable pensioner.

The representative arrived on time, professional etc, but I was really put off when he asked to use my toilet. He took offense when I said no!. I am having cancer treatment and took a risk having a body in my house never mind using my facilities. No disrespect to him as a person but my bathroom is my bathroom and I do have a choice in whether I allow a stranger to use my toilet.

The clue is in the name I think. The salesman was very informative and went though a prepared delivery explains all elements of their product. Felt it was a little over the top and the initial price was 3 times my other 3 quotes. Went through a very 1970s type offers of reduction in price, call to the manager, specially for today only ....... etc etc but still didn’t convince me their product was worth more than twice my other quotes. Same amount of time to install etc so not sure why so expensive. Their system / product may be a little more superior but other companies provided 10 years guarrentee etc so I am unlikely to engage them further.
