not cost effective, the system has to offer a higher rate of return and bigger savings to offset the expenditure. 8 years to recover your costs doesn't cut it.

Decided not to get solar panels in the end for financial reasons so didn't arrange for a home survey but they were quick to call and email quote.they did hound me quite a bit with calls. I was inundated with calls from different companies all through the same channel and felt overwhelmed by the process.i don't think I would use Quotatis again for this reason.

Very poor customer service. didn't succeed in contacting us by phone to confirm appointment so cancelled it without leaving a message even though they had email and mobile contact. Tried to ring in the afternoon when sales man didn't arrive. Rang to find out if appointment was correct .. No reply for over an hour Salesman personable but not knowledgeable or prepared,even had to ask for his business card back to correct phone number. Tried to email me PDF quotation but it wouldn't open. Keen to sell regardless of some problems.

Excellent customer service from advisor who called to measure and advise us. Telephone manner of phone advisors excellent. Only snag was the scaffolders lack of contact when needing to erect scaffolding in preparation for solar panel fitting.

Zannusi excellent price was what I had a fair price, calculated from many years capital plant installation somethings never get forgotten,

Very good team ( if you can call a pair a team ) worked well together, 2 silly points but I feel very strongly I should add, there was no communication on installation day from project manager with me & I was on the point of calling Zannusi to check I had not been scammed when the team arrived at 09-10, that said all things being equal excellent service so far just awaiting the fit form now, sorry just reread the question ' Quality of work excellent' electrically neat & tidy, I had a running commentary as to what did what etc. no head for heights these days but panels look good & tidy from ground level,
