Only one company name given so there was not a choice.
Very pleased with the work but didn’t take the filter apart to check it, as requested, but simply bled some water from it. I would have liked to have physically seen the condition of the filter. Medium range for cost.
Makewarm were very responsive. In fact they responded twice to the initial request, the second respondent not being aware that I had already been contacted and an appointment set up. At the site visit the surveyor seemed to be confused as to whether the boiler was an open vent one or a system boiler. Initial quote was for the wrong type of bolier.
Comprehensive information provided, didn't waste time on sales talk, which I liked. Overall, a good first appointment and competitive pricing.

Waiting for survey tomorrow,but had an in depth talk to this company and found them pleasant and interested in my enquiry. They also listened to my needs and sent a quote email Which I am very interested in. Will probably have makewarm do this work if the survey is quoted the same or near to the emailed quote
I was delighted with the prompt and timely visit by the Surveyor. He knowledge of the business was first class and no pressure applied to buy. The Fitter arrived 5 days later & was punctual. The boiler was fitted within 4 hours and they cleaned up the area - fairly satisfactorily. However, the flue was not moved to the rear of the property, as per the quote. The pipework is unsightly and the timer doesn't appear to take instruction! I have no option but to use the manual switch at all times. Despite three telephone conversations, the follow up visit has not happened - two weeks later. Fortunately, and despite receiving an invoice 3 days following installation, I have yet to pay them. Everyone I have spoken to has been considerate towards me but the outstanding issues are still not resolved, 2 weeks later.
