Appeared to give a convincing report of my current aerial situation
I got aeral put in on the day of my chosen and i was charged the amount j was quoted on the phone by giving my postcode and when the engineer came he was 100% pleasant and made no mess i was totally 100% satisfied with my purchase would recommend them to friends and family.

The installation engineer arrived on time. He surveyeyed the work required, following my requirements. He then contacted his supervisor to give me a price for the work and passed his phone to me where I agreed to immediately have the work carried out.. The installation was quickly carried out to my complete satisfaction, clean, tidy and efficient. The result is the best reception I have ever had on my many years of television. I am simply delighted with the result and priced to my satisfaction. Plus the engineer was a real nice fellow. I have no hesitation in recommending Spartan aerial and satellite. 5 Stars *****++

I thought the price of tyhe intalation is on the high side considering to buy am arial only cost around £30 and you charge £95 for about a hour's work?
I cannot fault the company. But I will fault this website. I was looking for local company, not one within the whole of Scotland. I felt guilty when the guy said he was coming from Paisley to Edinburgh.
We still haven’t taken up their offer( time factor) Burt they were very polite and helpful . Home consultation would be the next step.

The engineer, Derek, called and replaced a part on my sky dish and put new cable into rooms. Very pleasant, cheery and helpful. Good price for work carried out. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for him. Would deffo use this company again.

Derek was very observant and instantly recognised, from the ground, that the aerial was broken and the back plate was moving in the breeze. Prior to being an installer he made TV aerials in Paisley. Earlier in the year a local installer had blamed the trees for the poor reception and said he would move the same aerial to a different part of the roof. I didn't accept that quote because it was too expensive. Initially when I learnt Derek worked out of Paisley I thought he would be expensive because of the distance but he explained they worked all over Scotland so he was 'local' to the next installation. His price was very competitive to the local man and he did it there and then. It has worked perfectly. The kind of tradesperson who if he had been there for longer you would be pleased to invite for tea and biscuits.

Work carried out speedily and satisfactorily but, despite twice requesting it, the company has failed to provide me with a proper invoice/receipt. I have no written evidence of the work completed and presumably no come back if problems arise.
