Excellent fast installation, they just forgot to inform me about when the solars would be delivered, their timekeeping is not brilliant, they can delay a half day but they call you at least if this is the case to inform!

Generally Sunbright were the most professional with a very likeable salesman. I didc not make an instantaneous decision but when I did phone back for more advice and certainty the sales person and the Director easily convinced me that they were the right supplier for me. The fixing service was excellent and the operatives clean and efficient. Full Marks and I have no problem in recommending Sunbright.

I was given an appointment by the sales team but it was cancelled by the engineer as they had double booked him. He did a report from Google maps for me and phoned to discuss it. He was very helpful but I was disappointed not to see the brochures etc and have it explained in my own home. If I'm honest I can't really understand the quote apart from the price.

Initial contact was really quick and a rep can round. He was helpful and not pushy. We decided to go with this company because they could do it when it suited us and the price was very competitive. Installation was good also quick and efficient. The bad side to this company is once the work is done they are not interested. Our scaffolding was still up 2 weeks after work had been completed despite phoning every couple of days to ask when they were coming. All my paperwork has been emailed to me with wrong names and addresses which I'm assuming makes my warranty invalid and after several emails and phone calls it still hasn't been rectified 3months later. As far as the quality of the panels and workmanship so far so good, let's hope it stays that way! I appreciate the mad rush to get everyone fitted in by the end of the year but that is no reason not to rectify my paperwork. I will follow up yet again.

the last people that contacted us from use the sun made an appointment, called after they were scheduled to show up and said that the car broke down and they would sent someone else in 1 hour. We waited then received a call and now they were too late to come so we set up another appointment on the next day. Then, they did not show up or even bother to call us. Very very Poor customer service.
