Very good in initial stages but work was two stars.
Came out same day to quote. Offered good advise on best way forward. Work carried out in a professional and friendly manner. Team arrived on time and worked diligently and kept us informed at all stages. Finished product exceeded our expectations. An excellent job at a competitive price.
Good value for money but they left some damage to my drive which they have attempted to rectify but may still need more attention. While I am happy with work overall there are some untidy areas I need to clear up.. At the end of the day you get what you pay for

The fencing is just fine, but your delivery man could do with learning a few manners. He dropped the fencing off outside my front gate without saying anything, he'd laid it all down on the outside grass took a photo of it & left !! He could see I was on my own & he didn't even bother to ask if he could bring it into my garden. So I had to struggle with 4 panels by my self which was extremely difficult for me. I would never buy from this company again.
Polite telephone manner would have preferred a physical quote but a telephone one was pushed. Quote seemed very expensive considering the work being requested found someone else considerably cheaper with 15 year guarantee and also offered additional services that I took up at a reduced cost

Excellent service, we were contacted on a Bank Holiday when others were closed. Site visit was thorough and the work carried out promptly once quote accepted. The team were professional, polite and speedy. We are delighted with our block paved drive and highly recommend TM Contractors.
