Lewis was easy to work with as I had some knowledge and price point I wanted to be at we even included a third window, as the price was within budget. Had the surveyor round yesterday to do final measurements, again, just let him crack on, he explained what happens next, again, easy to work with.

Spoke very quickly. Deceitful sales pitch. Energy saving trust spiel and mock application and phone call were made up.
