Callum from West Pest (Scotland) responded very quickly to my initial call for help. He attended at an agreed time and date and efficiently and effectively got rid of two wasps nests. Callum also gave advice regarding pest control generally; this was much appreciated. Callum worked professionally and clearly explained the process well. A congenial professional who I have no hesitation in recommending for pest control issues and undoubtedly, shouldn't have further problems in the future, I will call on his services again.

Initially very good, first two treatments completed as promised, however third treatment not carried out within necessary time to break breading cycle and eliminate carpet moths. No contact has been made from the company regarding third treatment despite leaving message on answering machine. I would advise against paying for all treatments up front and pay a third of total cost after each treatment.
